Very strange clip of beams of light seemingly coming out of nowhere in the night sky in Tomsk Russia. As the beams disappear a galaxy shaped spiral of light appears and forms from above. Note: An alternative explanation could be that it is a 3 stage rocket launch, when the boosters disengage the next stage malfunctions and spirals out of control.
There is another video floating around filmed by a documentary crew in Moldovia that shows an intense sphere of light manifesting out of nowhere in broad daylight. Just found this as well: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=yllJ0-YiZLY&NR=1
